*For problem 2.69, calculate some measure of central tendency (not necessarily the mean).

*Hint for 2.96:  For the first sample, choose five data points so that the sum of the 
SQUARED deviations is 100 -- remembering that the deviations must add to zero.  To get the 
second sample, use the lesson of problem 2.88.
