Do the following problems from the textbook:

16.2, 16.5(b,c), 16.6, 16.8(b,c,d,e,f), 16.9(b,d,e,f,g),
17.2, 17.3(a), 17.9(b,c), 17.10(a,b,f), 17.15(a),
18.5(a,b), 18.6(a,b), 18.12.

NOTE: Problems 16.8, 16.9, 17.9, 17.10, 17.15, 18.5, 18.6, 
and 18.12 require analysis using a computer package such 
as SAS or R.

NOTE: For 16.5, use the "Expected Mean Square" 
formulas on page 694.  Note that in this problem, 
mu-dot is just the simple average of mu_1, mu_2, 
mu_3 and mu_4.

NOTE: For 17.10(a), do a "main effects plot" rather than a 
"line plot".

NOTE: For 18.5(a,b) and 18.6(a,b), simply do the residual 
plots (vs. predicted values) and the normal Q-Q plots, and 
comment on your findings.

The "Questionnaire Color" and "Rehabilitation Therapy" 
data sets are given on the course web page.
