Do the following problems from the textbook:

21.2, 21.3, 21.5(a,b,d), 21.6(a,c,d,e),
28.3, 28.9(b,d,e), 28.13(a), 
28.14, 28.15(a,b,c), 28.16(b)


NOTE: For 21.3, draw a diagram illustrating the RCBD
similar to the diagram on page 895.

NOTE: For 28.3, look on page 1174 for the definitions 
of n and n_p.

HINT: For 28.9, do you think the levels of "tire" (the blocks) 
are fixed or random?  Do you think a population of tires 
is of interest, or just these four tires?

NOTE: For 28.9(e), do not do the "line plot".

NOTE: For 28.14, just do the residual plot (vs. fitted values) 
and the normal Q-Q plot.

The "Auditor Training", "Automobile Tire Wear", 
and "Hardware Sales" data sets are given on 
the course web page.
