Welcome to Chendi Jiang's webpage

I earned my doctoral degree, concentrating in Statistics, in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Clemson University. When I was in Clemson, I have taught 7 sections of MTHSC 309: Introductory Business Statistics. This course is specifically desgined to help business undergraduates to learn statistics. I have found a great deal of satisfaction in cultivating their interests in Statistics.

Currently, I am an instructor in the Department of Statistics at the University of South Carolina, teaching Elementary Statistics Statistics for the Biological and Life Sciences and Elementary Statistics for Business. Prior to joining the University of South Carolina, I was a statistical analyst in Palmetto GBA, a part of Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina. This industrial experience provided me with a lot of opportunities to manage and analyze massive business data.
