### Software : ImageJ and R

• Zipped Directory with the ImageJ and image files.

You need to copy the file ImageJ.zip on to your PC, and then extract all the files in the directory. To run the program use ImageJ.exe. The master version of the software can be found at the National Institutes of Health website, USA. The morphology plug-in is from Dr Gabriel Landini.
