I am a graduate student (Ph.D. candidate) in the Department of Statistics at University of South Carolina, and I expect to graduate in 2016. I earned my bachelor’s degree majoring in computer science at TamKang University, Taiwan. Then I completed my master’s degree in computer science and statistics at the University of New Mexico in 2009 and 2011, respectively. I have been working on my dissertation in interval-censored data analysis and longitudinal studies under the direction of Dr. Lianming Wang

Besides my expertise in Statistical Science, I am a very experienced software engineer. The following positions I haved applied the following programming languages & scripting language:

    • I have worked in academia & research, non-profit organization (Institute of Social Research in criminal justice - quantitative analysis) and industry, for example, Motor Company (enterprise-level accounting and warehousing management system), computer R&D company(end-user software device driver(s) for PC motherboard and video card), and semiconductor (consulted and maintained factory automation & robot control software).
